These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Findwick (the "App"), published by Emberlane Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; (b) redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App; (c) use the App to violate any law; or (d) interfere with the App's security or intended operation, including its advertising.
The App is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob, including optional "rewarded" ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits such as extra clicks or hints. Watching ads is always optional. Ad content is served by Google and its partners and is not controlled by us.
Clicks, hints, stars, and level progress have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or reset by updates to the App.
The App, including its artwork, code, name, and logo, is owned by Emberlane Games and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emberlane Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
